These terms apply when you use course.techeasybrainiac.online (the "site") and buy or watch any course on it. The site is run by Gadi Sai Charan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Online, pre-recorded video courses on programming and algorithmic trading, with downloadable code and materials. During a course's release period, early students may also get live doubt-clearing calls.

2. Education only — not investment advice

• Everything on this site is for education only. Nothing here is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. The course teaches how to build trading software using broker APIs.
• Trading involves real risk, including the loss of your money. Any trade you place, and any use of strategies, code or tools from the course with real money, is entirely at your own risk.
• Backtest results and examples do not guarantee future results.
• You are responsible for following SEBI regulations and your broker's rules.

3. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure.
• An account is for one person only. Sharing your login, or letting others watch through your account, is not allowed.
• Please give a correct name and email address; we use them for receipts and course updates.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Course access

• After a successful payment, you get access to the course content included in the plan you bought, for as long as the course is offered on this site.
• Modules are released on the schedule shown on the pricing page. Dates may occasionally move; we will tell students in advance.
• Live doubt-clearing calls are offered only during the release period, only to eligible students, and are not recorded. They may be rescheduled.

5. Payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on the pricing page. Payments are one-time and processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Offer prices and end dates may change at any time. A change never affects people who have already paid.
• All payments are final. There are no refunds or cancellations once a payment is completed. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Code and materials

• Code and materials are shared as-is, for learning. Broker APIs and third-party services change over time; keeping your own code working is your responsibility.
• You may use the code for your own personal trading and learning.

7. Content ownership

All videos, code, materials and branding belong to us. You may not copy, download, screen-record, re-upload, resell, share or publish any course content, in full or in part. Videos carry a watermark tied to your account.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, without refund, if it is used to share or pirate content, abuse the site, or break these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of the site, the course, or any code or strategy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Hyderabad, India.
