Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nothing is shipped. This is an online course. Access is delivered digitally, right after payment.
1. What you receive
Online access to the course you paid for on course.techeasybrainiac.online: recorded video lessons, downloadable code and course materials. There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
2. Delivery time
- Access is given instantly after a successful payment.
- A confirmation email with your receipt is sent to the email on your profile.
- Modules that are still being released unlock on the dates shown on the pricing page.
3. How to access
Log in at course.techeasybrainiac.online with the mobile number you used to buy. Your courses are on your dashboard.
4. If access doesn't appear
If your payment went through but the course didn't unlock within 30 minutes, email support@techeasybrainiac.online or call +91 62812 70645 with your registered phone number and Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_). We will sort it out.
5. Refunds
All payments are final. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
