This policy explains what personal information Gadi Sai Charan ("we") collects on course.techeasybrainiac.online, why, and how it is protected.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your mobile number (for login), and the name, email, city, occupation, experience level and "how you heard about us" you add on your profile.
- Payment records: what you bought, the amount, date and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
- Learning activity: videos watched, progress, notes you write, ratings you give, and login history.
- Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs.
2. How we use it
- To log you in, give you access to what you paid for, and remember your progress.
- To send payment receipts and course updates by email.
- To prevent account sharing and piracy (for example, the watermark on videos).
- To improve the course, using anonymous, combined statistics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site, and only what each one needs:
- Razorpay — payment processing (name, email, phone for the payment).
- SMS provider — sending your login code (phone number).
- Email provider (GoDaddy) — sending receipts and updates (email address).
- Cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services) and video storage (Cloudflare) — running the site and streaming videos.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a single login cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (payment records we must legally keep are retained).
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access is limited to people who need it, and logins use one-time codes instead of passwords.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your details on your profile page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email support@techeasybrainiac.online from the email on your profile.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
