Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

1. No refunds

Our courses are digital products. Access is given immediately after payment, so we do not offer refunds once a payment is done. This includes, but is not limited to:

changing your mind after purchase;
not watching, or watching only part of, the course;
not having the time, equipment or broker account needed to follow along;
trading results, profits or losses from anything you learn or build;
modules that are released later on the published schedule.

2. No cancellations

A purchase cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed.

3. Try before you buy

Please make sure the course is right for you before paying. The Python module is free to watch after you log in, and the pricing page lists every module and its release date.

4. Payment problems

If money was debited but the course did not unlock, or you were charged twice for the same course because of a technical error, email support@techeasybrainiac.online within 7 days with your registered phone number and Razorpay payment ID. We will check with Razorpay and either unlock your access or return the duplicate charge to the original payment method. Razorpay and banks usually take 5–7 working days to process such a reversal.

5. Delivery

This is an online course. Nothing is shipped. Access to the course is delivered instantly on course.techeasybrainiac.online after a successful payment, and a confirmation email is sent to the email on your profile. You log in with your phone number. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
